    On May 28th, 2025, Raytor Technology Exchange Meeting – Haikou Station was successfully held in Hilton Huanpeng Hotel, Haikou East Station, Hainan.         Mr. Lu Jiaqi, Technical Director of Raytor Instruments, shared with colleagues the “Cleaning Validation of Dissolution Instrument”, which explains the ideas and techniques of dissolution instrument cleaning validation from the details, and assists customers to cope with the daily maintenance of the equipment and the stringent review of the cleaning validation.

Prescription study and consistency evaluation of semi-solid dosage forms

       Then our professional team shared the “Semi-solid Dosage Forms Prescription Research and Consistency Evaluation”, which integrates the customer’s confusions and needs in the process of semi-solid dosage form R&D, and shares the key factors affecting the behaviours and traits of semi-solid dosage forms, which can help the customer’s R&D tasks.

IVRT methodological validation

       Mr. Lu continued to share with us the “IVRT Methodology Validation”, which is a deep dive into the method development and systematic validation of semi-solid dosage forms, and analysed the IVRT requirements and differences between the Chinese and US regulations, with a view to assisting customers to effectively save the time and complexity of method development.
